Fees
On an hourly basis, our fees are in line with other providers within Nova Scotia. Fees for psychologists who are in private practice are not covered by MSI. However most private health insurance plans do cover fees for psychologists registered with their provincial regulatory body. All of our psychologists are registered with the Nova Scotia Board of Examiners in Psychology (NSBEP).
We suggest you contact your health insurance provider to find out details regarding your coverage and the conditions of referral. While we gladly accept self-referrals some plans require physician referral in order to reimburse for service.
Payment
We accept payment in the form of MasterCard, Visa, debit and e-transfer. We do not charge an extra fee for use of credit cards. Personal cheques are not accepted.
